You do not need to attach a screenshot to contact the site. If you decide to include one, first check that it does not show personal messages, notifications, account details, or anything else you do not want to share by email. A screenshot you send in an email is handled as part of that message. The solver’s own screenshot workflow reads an image in your browser, but that does not change how an attachment sent directly by email is delivered to the recipient’s mailbox.
