Using the solver

You can use the solver without creating an account. When you select a screenshot, the site reads and analyzes it in your browser to suggest a board and pieces. The selected image is not uploaded to our application servers by this tool. Board edits and recommendations are handled in the page and are not sent to us as a separate submission.

Site delivery

When your browser requests a page or asset, the site hosting and delivery provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, time, and browser details to deliver and protect the site. The provider handles that information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not state a retention period for provider logs.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are enabled for this build. Their scripts load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Before acceptance, neither analytics script is loaded by this site. If enabled, these services may process information about page visits, browser or device details, and interactions with the site. Clarity may create session recordings. The whole page and the solver area, including its canvases, are marked for masking in Clarity. We do not send selected file names, board states, or user-entered text as custom analytics data. When Google Analytics is enabled, Google advertising-related consent signals, including ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization, remain denied by our tag settings.

Your choice

When analytics are enabled, you can accept or reject them. The site stores your choice in local storage in this browser. You can reopen the controls with “Privacy settings” in the footer. If you withdraw acceptance, the site signals denial to the analytics tags, clears Google Analytics and Clarity cookies it can access, and reloads without starting analytics again. Changing your choice does not remove information already received by Google or Microsoft; refer to their policies for requests about data they hold.

Advertising

The site includes optional Google AdSense placements in its code. They render only when both the publisher and ad slot identifiers are configured for a build. This page does not claim that ads are currently enabled. If advertising is enabled, Google may process information under its own privacy practices.

Email and external sites

The site has no contact form. If you email us, we receive the address and message you send so we can read and respond. Links to external services take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
